I Think The Baby’s Eating Up My Inspiration

with one comment

I think the baby's eating up my inspiration

As you might have heard, our daughter’s born. Fenne is her name. I suppose you understand painting hasn’t been the first thing on my mind lately. And now I’m ready to pick up my brushes again, I can’t seem to think of anything to paint. I think the baby’s eating up my inspiration. So I asked my son (2,5 years old) for a little help with this one. Ideas for new paintings are welcome. And sorry for the long silence.

You Want A Date? March 28th 2009

You want a date? March 28th 2009. Yes, that’s rather soon. So for the moment we’re quite busy working on the design of the birth announcement cards, the little presents for the visitors, etcetera. Luckily, we already cut the knot about the baby’s name.

Oh, Have I Told You My Wife Is Pregnant?

Oh, have I told you my wife is pregnant? Yes, she is. It’s gonna be our second child. Number 1, Jitse (in case you’re wondering: that’s a boy name), says he wants a sister. He’s two years old. Of course he doesn’t have a clue if he’s going to get a little brother or a sister. We, on the other hand, do know :)
